Mary Ann Bartels is the Chief Investment Officer of Portfolio Solutions within the Office of the CIO for Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Investment Management and Guidance (IMG). She is responsible for contributing to the thought leadership for investment guidance and portfolio solutions for the firm’s financial advisors and clients.
