GIC’s Paris spring conference has become a mainstay of our international programming. In 2008, Cleveland Federal Reserve Bank President, Sandra Pianalto, joined the delegation and together with Governor of the Banque de France Christian Noyer offered comments on monetary policy. These comments were part of an all day conference on the Euro-Dollar exchange rates in partnership with French think tank Research Center in International Economics (CEPII) and sponsored by Barclays Capital. Other highlights of the program included a private dinner at the Banque de France’s Gold Salon, and a private tour of the French Archives. Please see the presentations from the conference below.
