Charles I. Plosser, Ph.D.
Board Member, FINRA and Former President and CEO, Federal Reserve Bank of PhiladelphiaDr. Charles Plosser was president and chief executive officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. In this role, he participated on the Federal Reserve System's Federal Open Market Committee, which is responsible for conducting our nation's monetary policy. He currently serves on the FINRA Board of Governors.
Roberto Caccia
Faculty Director of the Burridge Center of Finance at Leeds School of BusinessRoberto Caccia is part of the faculty in the finance department of the Leeds School of Business. His teaching experience covers investments and portfolio management, derivatives and special topics in investment banking. As Burridge Center Director, Roberto promotes the connection between the school and the industry, through a number of initiatives involving student body and faculty.
William Clark
Senior VP & CIO, Federal Reserve Office of Employee BenefitsWilliam G. Clark has directed the investments for the Federal Reserve’s defined benefit and defined contribution plans since March 2010. In total, the plans have approximately $12 billion in assets under management and cover approximately 30,000 participants.
John Harpole
President, Mercator Energy LLCJohn Harpole is founder and president of Mercator Energy LLC, a natural gas services, brokerage and energy market analysis company. Mercator assists both producers and end users throughout the United States in selling and sourcing approximately 1 BCF per day of natural gas supplies. Mercator also conducts specific research projects for client groups exploring the impact of industry trends on various regional markets. Mercator’s analysis on “Poverty and Fracking” was featured in a Wall Street Journal editorial and on Fox News.

John Mousseau
President, Chief Executive Officer & Director of Fixed Income, Cumberland AdvisorsJohn Mousseau is currently the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of Fixed Income at Cumberland Advisors. In this capacity, John also serves as a portfolio manager and has overall responsibility for portfolio construction, management, analysis, trading, and research for all tax-free and taxable bond accounts. His comments and analyses have appeared in The Bond Buyer, Barron’s, the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, Forbes, the Philadelphia Inquirer, and the New York Times.
Jay Rollins
Managing Principal and Co-Founder, JCRJay Rollins is a Managing Principal and Co-Founder of JCR. In this position he leads the firm strategy and investment policy. From 1999 to 2005, Mr. Rollins was a Managing Director at GMAC Commercial Mortgage and ran a 500 million high yield investment program.
Marty Schmitz
Chairman of the Board, Citywide BanksAs Chairman of Citywide Banks, Marty oversees business development and all of the bank’s commercial banking operations. In addition, he is active in the bank's credit management, audit oversight and regulatory compliance functions. Marty represents the second generation of family leadership for the bank holding company. Prior to joining Citywide, Marty spent 18 years in the Denver commercial real estate business as Vice President with a commercial real estate group specializing in investment and acquisition. He holds bachelors degrees in accounting, economics and business administration.
