Loretta J. Mester, Ph.D.
President and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of ClevelandLoretta J. Mester is president and chief executive officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. In that role, she participates in the formulation of U.S. monetary policy and oversees more than 1,000 employees based at the Bank’s Cleveland office and Branch offices in Cincinnati and Pittsburgh who conduct economic research, supervise banking institutions, promote community development, and provide payment services to depository institutions and the U.S. Treasury. Mester represents the Fourth District on the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC).
Mario Ignacio Artaza
Chief Representative of Chile’s only Bank with a Representative Office in Hong Kong, Banco Security 智定銀行.With a background in Journalism and International Relations, Mario Ignacio Artaza served as a Chilean career diplomat for more than 20 years, specializing in trade negotiations and commerce with Chilean partners in the Asia Pacific region. Was a member or served as coordinator of Chile’s Free Trade Agreement teams during the negotiation processes with Canada; the People´s Republic of China; Hong Kong, China; India; Malaysia; Vietnam as well as during the first set of rounds of the Trans Pacific Partnership agreement.
Filippo di Mauro
Visiting Fellow, National University of Singapore Business SchoolFilippo di Mauro is Visiting Fellow at the Business School (BIZ) of the National University of Singapore (NUS), where he is teaching two macro courses in the MBA program. Professor di Mauro is Chairperson of CompNet, a large research network on competitiveness and productivity among central banks, major international organizations and academic institutes. His present research and teaching includes: 1) Productivity and resource reallocation using firm level data; and 2) Modelling global linkages and business cycle forecast, including global value chains.
Michael Drury
Chief Economist, McVean Trading & InvestmentsMichael Drury is the chief economist for McVean Trading & Investments, LLC. He joined the firm in 1992, after serving for five years as senior economist with Allen Sinai at Shearson Lehman Brothers and its successor firms. Michael began his career in New York in 1982 as senior economist at A. Gary Shilling and Company. He received his B.S. in economics from the Georgia Institute of Technology and did his graduate work at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Diego A. Estevez
Member Board of Directors at BSI Bank Panama SA and International Emerging Markets ConsultantDiego A. Estevez was born in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina. He is married and has two children. In 1970 he received his high school diploma (“Bachiller”) from the Villa Devoto School (founded in 1908) where he completed elementary and high school studies (University of Cambridge Exams).

Benjamin Leavenworth
Chief Relationship Officer, Afina InternationalMr. Leavenworth has over 20 years of professional experience in Latin America, from governmental roles to entrepreneurial ventures and finance. He is a founding partner of Afina and is primarily focused on managing and developing the firm’s relationships. Mr. Leavenworth also serves as Honorary Consul of Chile in Philadelphia with a jurisdiction that includes the states of Pennsylvania, Delaware and southern New Jersey.

Tarik Ramirez
CIO, Sura Investment Management MexicoTarik has over 16 years of experience in the Investment management Industry. He started his career as a Research Analyst at Citigroup-Banamex, writing investment strategy comments for the banks main research publications. He also worked at UBS in NY as the person in charge of developing and executing the investment process to manage a $1.5B book of institutional and private clients. He then worked at two of the largest and most prestigious family offices in Mexico, where he headed the Asset Management divisions.
Donald Rissmiller
Founding Partner and Chief Economist of StrategasMr. Rissmiller is a founding Partner of Strategas and has directed the Firm's macroeconomic research efforts since 2006. He oversees Strategas' thematic research as well as high-frequency econometric forecasting.
