Chair, Economics Department, Portland State UniversityProfessor Tom Potiowsky is the former Oregon State Economist (2008-2012). He specializes in microeconomics, macroeconomics, applied econometrics and the Oregon economy. He holds a doctorate and a master’s degree in economics from the University of Colorado. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Ohio.
