Christine Bliss became CSI President in March 2016. Prior to CSI, Ms. Bliss was the Assistant U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) for Services, Investment, Telecommunication, and E- Commerce, responsible for overseeing all multilateral, regional and bilateral negotiations and policy issues in those areas for the agency. She also served as the lead U.S. negotiator in the World Trade Organization (WTO) Doha Services Negotiations and in the WTO Bilateral Services Accession Negotiations for Russia and Saudi Arabia. Kimberley Claman is a Director in Global Government Affairs at Citi and works closely with Citi's Global Government Affairs staff and Chief Country Officers, managing Citi's relationships with relevant financial regulatory bodies and US and foreign government officials. Mr. Melly joined AIG’s government affairs team in 2018 following several years with the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR). As Deputy Assistant USTR for Services, Mr. Melly directed services trade policy and represented the United States at the World Trade Organization.
