Edgardo Demaestri is a Senior consultant in Financial Markets and Public Debt Management. Currently, he is chief editor of Argentina’s well-regarded economic journal: Proyeccion Economica. Previously, he acted as Executive Secretary of the IDB sponsored Latin American and the Caribbean Debt Management Group for more than ten years, and Co-Executive Secretary of the Latin American PPP Risk Management Group from its inception until May 2019.
