Dr. Caleb Fundanga was appointed governor of the Bank of Zambia in March of 2002, after having served as senior adviser to the President of the African Development Bank in Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire from 1998. Dr. Fundanga further served as an executive director at the African Development Bank, before being appointed as senior adviser. Prior to serving at the African Development Bank, Dr. Fundanga had served in senior positions in government.
