Bruce Cohen is Citi’s Senior Human Resources Officer for Enterprise Operations and Technology, working closely with Citi’s Global Head of Operations and Technology. Bruce is also the Senior HR Officer for the Anti-Money Laundering Function, Citi Holdings, and International Franchise Management (the group supporting the Citi Country Officer community), working closely with the CEO, Citibank N.A., CEO of the North America region and the Head of Citi Holdings.
