Arnold Maltz, Ph.D., is an associate professor in the department of supply chain management in the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, where he teaches global supply chain management at the undergraduate and graduate level, including extensive involvement in online programs for companies such as Chevron, John Deere, etc. Professor Maltz spent 12 years in trucking and industrial distribution prior to obtaining his Ph.D. in marketing/logistics at the Ohio State University.
