Erin Arvedlund began her career as a reporter at Dow Jones newswires. She moved to Moscow, Russia, to write about business and emerging markets at the English-language daily newspaper, The Moscow Times. In 1998, Erin joined TheStreet.com, one of the first real-time Internet news and stock market web sites. She then moved to Barron's magazine to cover options, mutual funds and hedge funds. Michael Leeds, Ph.D.
Michael Leeds is professor of economics and director of graduate studies in economics at Temple University. His research has appeared in The Journal of Urban Economics, Economic Inquiry, Social Science Quarterly, and The Journal of Sports Economics. He is coauthor of The Economics of Sports, a prominent textbook in the field, and coeditor of the Handbook on the Economics of Women in Sports.
